Vacation and Cooking Course week
The "Cooking Week" includes 3 Cooking Lessons with highly qualified Chefs and a Wine Tasting section
During the week we will also have the opportunity to visit and discover this magnificent island with 4 different excursions:
A Half Day Excursion on the worldwide famous Costa Smeralda, visiting Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia and San Pantaleo
 
A Full Day archaeological and cultural Excursion, visiting the most interesting and important heritage sites of Gallura region
Another Full Day Excursion in the Sardinian hinterlands and lunch with the shepherds in a typical Agriturismo
A Half Day Excursion visiting a local famous wine cellar. Wine tasting of the best locally produced red and white wines that characterize the Sardinian Island!

| VACATION & COOKING COURSE PROGRAM |
Week 1: October 3rd-10th,2009 or Week 2: October 17th -24th,2009
1st. DAY
Arrival at Olbia Airport and welcome by our tour guide. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation in the rooms.
19.00 p.m. meeting for a welcome cocktail and presentation of the program in detail with the persons accompanying you during the week.
2nd. DAY
Morning: First cooking lesson followed by lunch of self-prepared Delicacies.
Afternoon: excursion "Emerald Coast" Half Day Excursion on the worldwide famous Costa Smeralda,visiting Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia and San Pantaleo
3rd. DAY
Cultural excursion of a full day visit a mussel-breeding.
Lunch in a typical Sardinian farmhouse
4th. DAY
Morning: Second cooking lesson followed by lunch of self-prepared Delicacies.
Afternoon: Free. Possibility to join "Look for the Dolphins" excursion. Have much fun with an expert researcher who will explain and guide you in the search of the famous Dolphins family of Golfo Aranci.
5th. DAY
Full-day excursion "Savor Sardinia" in Barbagia, Gennargentu and Supramonte mountains, lunch with the shepherds or in farmhouse
6th. DAY
Morning: Third cooking lesson followed by lunch of self-prepared Delicacies.
Afternoon: Wine Tour with wine tasting included.
7th. DAY
Free day at the beach. Possibility to join cultural tour "Feel positive energy" with a visit to the Tomb of the Giants "Lu Mizzani", known for the magnetic energy, very positive and full of therapeutic effects.
Evening at 7:00 p.m. farewell cocktail and delivery of the diploma, followed by gala dinner and dancing party.
8th. DAY
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the airport.
Return to Rome, Fiumicino airport. |
