Wellness and Detoxification week
A week that will recharge and give you the right energy to face the coming winter with a new spirit!
A week devoted to health at Hotel Gabbiano Azzurro includes a massage on arrival and daily Pilates classes on the beach accompanied by a professional teacher that will make you relax and enjoy the sea breeze.
Throughout the week you will have the choice of healthy and tasty dishes created for you during your detoxification week .
You also have the opportunity to visit and discover this beautiful island with 4 different tours included:
A cultural tour with a visit to the Tomb of the Giants "Lu Mizzani", known for the magnetic energy, very positive and full of therapeutic effects.
 
Also a visit to Capo Testa and Palau, with their majestic rocks eroded by the elements above the sea.
To conclude with a visit to a wine cellar with carefully chosen tasting of the various red and white wines that identify and characterize the region of Sardinia!
A half day's walk on the promontory of Capo Figari, with a splendid 360 degree view of the islands of Tavolara and Molara, Mortorio and Mortoriotto, Capo Ceraso and Monte Ruju, Golfo di Marinella and Porto Rotondo, with expert guide who will discuss Medicinal plant and will describe all the properties of the rich Herbal assortment of Sardinia ..

Week 1: October 3rd-10th,2009 or Week 2: October 17th -24th,2009
1st. DAY
Arrival at Olbia Airport and welcome by our tour guide. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation in the rooms.
19.00 p.m. meeting for a welcome cocktail and presentation of the program in detail with the persons accompanying you during the week.
2nd. DAY
Morning: Pilates on the beach. Breakfast and Relaxing Massage
Afternoon: Free. Possibility to join "Emerald Coast" excursion. Half Day Excursion on the worldwide famous Costa Smeralda,visiting Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia and San Pantaleo
3rd. DAY
Morning: Pilates on the beach. Breakfast
Afternoon: Guided excursion to Capo Figari and a lesson on the many herbs and medicinal plants in Sardinia.
4th. DAY
Morning: Pilates on the beach. Breakfast
Afternoon: "Look for the Dolphins" Have much fun with an expert researcher who will explain and guide you in the search of the famous Dolphins family of Golfo Aranci.
5th. DAY
Morning: Pilates on the beach. Breakfast
All day: Free. Possibility to join "Savour Sardinia" excursion in Barbagia, Gennargentu and Supramonte mountains, lunch with the shepherds or in farmhouse
6th. DAY
Morning: Pilates on the beach. Breakfast
Afternoon: Wine Tour with wine tasting included
7th. DAY
Morning: Pilates on the beach. Breakfast
All day: A cultural tour "Feel positive energy" with a visit to the Tomb of the Giants "Lu Mizzani", known for the magnetic energy, very positive and full of therapeutic effects.
Evening: at 7:00 p.m. farewell cocktail and delivery of the cooking course diploma, followed by gala dinner and dancing party.
8th. DAY
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the airport.
Return to Rome, Fiumicino airport.
