The lunchtime restaurant on Golfo Aranci in Sardinia Island, "The Grill" on the beach, is renowned for its aromatic barbeques of grilled fish purchased that morning from local fishermen in Golfo Aranci. Dinner is served at "Il Gabbiano" where many guests book early to ensure that they get a table closes to the sea to enjoy the wonderful view. Sardinia restaurant provides delicious dishes continue to evolve as the hotel's skilled and innovative chef releases the best flavour from each ingredient creating an elegant and flavourful cuisine that our guests had never tried before in any restaurant of Sardinia.
